Full Body relaxation-massage
The whole body, from head to toe, is included in the massage. We discuss in advance where most attention is needed. For example, a relaxing abdominal massage can also be included in this. It will be completely tailored to your wishes.
Myofascial Energetic Release (MER)
Through a body reading we take a look at your unique body. Via the imbalances and pain points, we can work on relaxing the fascia, also by means of communication during bodywork. Emotions might arise, which are all allowed to be there. This is also discharge. When the fascia can relax and breathe through the deep “strokes”, oxygen can again enter the body and the waste products are taken out.
Often a series of multiple sessions produces the best result.

There is still something about dancing that moves me. My dance with life changes.
Through giving and receiving massages, working as a masseur in combination with vegan cooking & dancing, later just massaging & dancing, looking for more depth, feeling more, falling deeper, and standing up straight again… I am now exactly where I must be! Bodywork like MER-Myofascial Energetic Release has enabled me to create that deep connection with myself.
I feel that there is a lot of healing power in every form of touch. When this happens from an open, loving heart, energy can only flow in greater abundance.

I make use of different techniques:
In classical massage, we almost only work with the hands and not with the forearms, elbows, or feet. Strokes, kneading and tapping movements are applied.
Ayurvedic massage is a holistic massage with warm (lots of) oil. The oil is tailored to your body type and is applied with gentle strokes and circular movements. Due to the heat, the oil can be absorbed deeper into the skin and do its work there to relax, remove waste products and initiate a balancing effect.
Deep tissue is a massage technique in which the deeper layers of the skin and muscle are being touched. This can be done by using no or less oil and by means of a very slow execution of the strokes so that more pressure is possible and thus more can be felt on a smaller surface. In the deeper layers of our muscles there is a lot of stored emotion, blockages. By touching these, a “release” / relaxation can be initiated. This immediately affects other parts of the body, since the body is a whole and everything is interconnected.
Esalen Massage also uses the Deep Tissue technique in combination with long, softer strokes for total body awareness and relaxation to activate the body’s self-healing ability.
Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) is a holistic form of deep bodywork developed by Satyarthi Peloquin. It helps address the causes of pain, limitations of movement, and blockages in the body by soothing chronic contractions in the tissue.
